1. Who We Are

automatic73 is a bootstrapped software company based in Mexico. oden.food, oden.tax and oden.salon are automatic73 products: we build, run and are responsible for all three. Wherever you see the oden name, the company behind it is automatic73.

2. What These Terms Cover

These terms govern this website, automatic73.com, and nothing else. It is an informational site: there are no accounts to create and nothing to buy here.

Each product is a separate service with its own terms of service and privacy policy, published on that product's own site:

• oden.food — point of sale for restaurants
• oden.tax — CFDI 4.0 invoicing for Mexico
• oden.salon — bookings and point of sale for beauty businesses

If you use one of those products, that product's terms are the agreement between us for that service. Where they say something different from this page, they win for that product.

3. Using This Site

You may read this site, quote it and link to it freely. You may not:

• Use it for anything illegal
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to
• Interfere with how the site works or with anyone else's use of it
• Present yourself as automatic73, or as speaking for it

4. Brand and Intellectual Property

The content of this site, the automatic73 name and mark, and the names oden.food, oden.tax and oden.salon belong to automatic73 and are protected by intellectual property law.

Our logo files are published at /brand for press, partners and anyone writing about us. Use them as they are, following the few rules stated on that page. Anything beyond that — a lockup of your logo with ours, or our mark on something you sell — needs our written permission first.

5. Links to Other Sites

This site links to our product sites and, occasionally, to third parties. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run, and a link is not an endorsement.

6. No Warranty

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and its content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that everything on it is free of error.

Nothing published here is legal, tax or accounting advice. Product pages describe what our software does; they do not tell you what your obligations are.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, automatic73 will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses
• Loss of profit or revenue
• Damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site
• Decisions taken on the basis of information published here

8. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page, and the date at the top tells you when that last happened.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
