Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Who We Are
automatic73 is a bootstrapped software company based in Mexico. oden.food, oden.tax and oden.salon are automatic73 products: we build, run and are responsible for all three, and we are the data controller behind each of them.
2. What This Policy Covers
This policy covers this website, automatic73.com, and the email you send us. It does not cover what happens inside our products.
Each product publishes its own privacy policy on its own site, and that policy — not this one — governs the data you and your customers put into it:
- oden.food — point of sale for restaurants
- oden.tax — CFDI 4.0 invoicing for Mexico
- oden.salon — bookings and point of sale for beauty businesses
Each of those policies is linked from the footer of its own site.
3. Information We Collect
Almost none. This site has no accounts, no forms and no shopping cart. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds nothing that tracks you across other sites.
What remains is what any web server sees when it answers a request. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs on our behalf:
- IP address of the request
- Browser and operating system reported by your browser
- URL requested and the page that referred you, when your browser sends one
- Date and time of the request
We use those logs to keep the site up and to defend it from abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.
4. If You Write to Us
When you email us, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and, where the exchange matters later, we keep it as a record of what was agreed. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. It reaches third parties only in these cases:
- Our hosting provider, which serves this site and keeps the access logs described above
- Our email provider, which delivers and stores the mail you send us
- To comply with a legal obligation
- To protect our legal rights
Both providers act on our instructions as processors, not on their own account.
6. Your Rights
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you have the right to:
- Access: know what personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Cancellation: ask us to delete your data
- Objection: object to the processing of your data
To exercise any of them, write to us at hola@automatic73.com.
7. Deleting Your Data
You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. Write to us with the subject "Data deletion request". We answer every request within 30 days, and we tell you what we deleted rather than just confirming that we did.
On this site, that means:
- Every email you have sent us, and our replies to it
- Anything we kept on file from that correspondence
Server access logs sit with our hosting provider on a short rolling window and age out on their own. They are not indexed by person, so there is no profile of you in them to remove.
For data held inside oden.food, oden.tax or oden.salon, send the request to that product instead — its own policy names the address. One limit applies there and not here: records tied to an invoice already issued cannot be deleted while the retention period required by tax law is still running.
Deletion requests go to hola@automatic73.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page, and the date at the top tells you when that last happened.
